Jenner is one of the rats who escaped from NIMH and the primary antagonist in Winnie the Pooh and The Secret of NIMH. He disliked Nicodemus. Jenner schemed to become the leader of the rats and take the red stone amulet for himself. Jenner is also a minion to Peg Leg Pete.
Jenner is responsible for killing Nicodemus. He had a sidekick named Sullivan.
